We are a small all-volunteer non-profit organization. We do not make ANY profit, meaning that any funds we receive is used to pay for costs that we have spent on the dogs and on our infrastructure (i.e. our website hosting, the productivity tools that we use, etc). Most of the times our donation fees only cover spay & neuter fees for these dogs. This is why we rely so much on donations.
There are 2 ways you can donate: Cash donations or Item donations.
For cash donations, you can make a one-time donation or monthly donations. Three ways you can give cash donations:
- Donate toward a specific type of expense that we spend for the dogs: spay/neuter, behavioral training, other medical expenses. Each of these has its own fundraising campaign. This can be a one-time donation or a monthly donation.
- Donate toward a specific dog: This donation will go toward any necessary expense for that specific dog, whether it’s food & other supplies, spay/neuter, other medical expenses, boarding (if needed), behavioral training. If you donate monthly toward a specific dog, your donation will go toward that dog until that dog gets adopted.
- General donation: if you can’t decide which specific dog you’d like to donate to, you can make a general donation. This can also be a one-time donation or a monthly donation.
For Item donations, we have wish lists on Amazon, Cuddly, Chewy and PetFood Express that you can shop from. We also have custom pet portraits available where all proceeds will go to our rescue.
